Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24 hours. In case of high order volume, order processing can take upto 72 hours.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Forward Shipping:
Prepaid orders: Free for all orders
COD orders: Cash handling charges of INR 100
Reverse Shipping:
Returns: INR 200 for all return reverse pickup
Exchange: Free for all orders
International forward shipping:
We offer international shipping to selected countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on destination.
Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
We offer free shipping for all orders above INR 15000.
All orders are dispatched via express shipping from our end. Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
You shall receive tracking information on your registered number and email ID as soon as the order is processed.
Lost, Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Packages
If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and unboxing video attached.
